The local country radio station is having a radio contest for tickets to the Keith Urban concert next weekend. This jist of the contest was to have people submit a picture of themselves in their significant others shirt. I'm not going to be wearing Todd's shirt on a website so we took a picture of Kensington in one of Dylan's shirts. We submitted this picture and are one of 6 finalists for the grand prize gift package. As answer to your question: I would recommend starting out with Photoshop Elements for digiscrapping. That's pretty much the mainstream program, that you can find tutorials, etc. for on the internet. You can download a free 30 day trial at Adobe.com.
If you need any help getting started let me know, I teach online classes and can easily get you the answers you need :)
